I usually stick with my go-to airline, so I was a little unsure about trying this one. But I have to admit, the cabin was actually really clean. The seats and tray table looked wiped down, which made the whole flight feel a lot more comfortable. Kind of conflicted now because I didn’t expect to like it as much as I did

"Wi-Fi was hit or miss"
Booking through Southwest was easy enough and I didn’t run into any real issues there. To be fair, the inflight Wi-Fi did work some of the time, so it wasn’t a total loss, but it kept dropping when I was trying to check email. I wouldn’t say it was awful, just not reliable enough to feel like it was really worth it. Hopefully it’s something they can improve

I booked my trip through Southwest and added wheelchair assistance during the process, which was simple. There weren’t a bunch of confusing steps, and the site worked well enough with my screen reader. When I got to the airport, my request was already in the system and the staff helped me without making it feel awkward. The only thing is, there was a small mix-up at one point, and I did feel like an actual apology would’ve been nice. Still, overall it made the whole trip a lot less stressful.

Flew southwest last week, the boarding process was better than I expected. I liked being able to see my group and number ahead of time because it made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful. The only part I’m still not a huge fan of is the little scramble to line up and hope everyone follows the order, but it wasn’t bad this time. People got in place quickly, the staff kept things moving, and there wasn’t a big chaotic mess at the gate like I’ve dealt with on other airlines.

Not gonna lie, I had a really nice flight with Southwest. The attendants were friendly, cracked a few jokes, and kept coming by to see if anyone needed drinks. It wasn’t anything fancy, but the service was solid and it made the whole trip feel relaxed and easy.

I booked through southwest.com it felt way more straightforward than a lot of airline booking sites I’ve used. The fare I saw when I picked my flight was the same price I saw at checkout, and the fees were laid out clearly instead of popping up at the last second. I also liked that the different fare options were shown side by side, so it was easy to compare and know exactly what I was paying for. It’s not flashy, but compared to the usual confusing booking process, I really appreciated how simple and upfront it was.

I’ve got a weird schedule, so finding flights that actually line up with my day is usually a pain. This had plenty of flight times to choose from, which meant I didn’t have to rearrange everything just to make it work. Small win: I even managed to grab a flight after my morning appointment and still got where I needed to be on time.

southwest.com made it easy to check the options, but onboard the lineup felt thin. Wi-Fi was hit or miss, so streaming got choppy. Free stuff was nice, just wish there were more new movies or shows. Not bad, not great.

I’ve booked through Southwest a few times now, it’s kind of a relief compared to some other airlines. The prices have been fair whenever I’ve checked, and I really appreciate that bags are included because I’m so tired of getting to the end of booking and suddenly the total is way higher than expected. The site is simple enough to use, and I can usually find a flight that doesn’t wreck my budget. It’s not fancy, but at least it feels straightforward and doesn’t hit you with a bunch of annoying surprise fees. I’ll definitely keep using it

"Okay flight, but baggage issue was frustrating"
The flight itself was fine, nothing really to complain about there. But my bag came out late, and when it finally showed up, the handle was cracked. I told the staff and they just said to file a claim online, which felt dismissive. I did that, but there’s been no follow-up at all, so now I’m stuck chasing it myself. Annoying experience overall.

I had to cancel my flight on southwest, it was way less stressful than I thought it would be. The refund part was straightforward. It did take a little while to show up, but there wasn’t any annoying back and forth or big hassle. I was actually kind of surprised it went that smoothly.

I was trying to check in, everything seemed fine at first, then the app just froze. Right there on the check-in screen. I waited a bit, tapped around, closed it, opened it again... still annoying. Not exactly what you want when you're just trying to get through the process quickly
